1. The service
Endevoo gives shops a dashboard for their calendar, services, staff, customers and till, plus an online booking page with their own link, where their customers book appointments or class seats.
The service is in early access. Features and prices may change, and we will tell you about material changes.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the dashboard. The information you give must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account, including by staff you add. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us right away.
3. Your customers’ data
As a shop, you decide which data about your customers you record and why. You are the data controller, and Endevoo processes that data only on your behalf and on your instructions.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you record and for informing your customers as the law requires. More in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages, to infringe the rights of others, or to try to access another shop’s data.
You may not disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or resell it without a written agreement.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you when we can.
5. Prices and payments
During early access the price has not been announced. Before any charge starts we will tell you in advance, and billing will begin only with your consent.
Endevoo does not process online payments between a shop and its customers. Payments are made at the shop and the dashboard till only records them.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee there will be no outages, for example because of maintenance or problems at third-party providers. Email reminders also depend on email delivery providers and are not guaranteed to arrive.
7. Intellectual property
The software, the Endevoo name and the logo belong to us. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active.
The data and content you enter (for example services, photos and customer records) remain yours.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as revenue lost from appointments that did not happen. Our total liability does not exceed the amounts you paid Endevoo in the last 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. You can ask for a copy of your data before deletion by writing to [email protected].
After closure we delete the shop’s data within a reasonable time, except what we must keep by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or within the service. If you keep using the service after the update, you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer where they apply.
If you have any questions, write to us at [email protected].
